Stitch Fix #22-May Showers

Another great month! Could not have been more impressed with the pieces Betsy pulled for me! She knows me well and if a few had fit better, I’d have kept the whole box!

Tart Blithe Chevron Knit Blazer- $148

Super soft with nice coral colored details. I had asked for a summer weight blazer for conferences that I have coming up. This would have been a great piece that traveled well, didn’t show wrinkles, and was sporty. I couldn’t get my mind around the pattern on it and the nap of the velour type fabric. Fit great, super trendy, just not really me.

Loveappella Lola Lace Detail Knit Top- $48

This was my keeper this box. I asked for some lace details and Betsy delivered! I love the white. I only own one other white top (also from SF), so having two is ok. Maybe no more though. I love the lace detail with the sleeves and pocket. The shirt is soft and not clingly. I’ll wear a cami underneath and be all set.

Market & Spruce Kipp Printed Dress- $68

I loved this dress! It’s lined, it’s a great color and the pattern is flattering. I didn’t keep it because I have a dress that’s similar in color from SF from last summer. I couldn’t keep a second of the same shade. Other than that, it was a great piece.

The Korner Hammonds Cutout Detail Silk Blouse- $134

This was a beautiful royal blue color with amazing cut out details. It was a bit snug through the shoulders for me so I chose to send it back. Other than that, it was an absolutely gorgeous piece.

Margaret M Christiana Printed Pencil Skirt- $78

This was my least favorite piece. I don’t do well in pencil skirts, too much in my middle and it always looks amplified when I put one on. I loved the pattern, it’s super fun and would go with a lot of color choices and the coral shoes I got in my last fix. I chose to send it back because it didn’t make me feel fabulous and Stitch Fix pieces (and any clothes) should only be kept if they make you feel fabulous!

Stitch Fix has been a great service for me. I can honestly admit that I’ve cut down on purchasing clothes in general and when I am at Target, I’ll think, “no, a box is coming soon” before I spend money on stuff I won’t wear or just wear a few times. I can honestly say I wear the crap out of my stitch fix pieces. I get compliments on them frequently and the clothes are always interesting and not things I would normally purchase. If you’d like to give it a try, you can use my link

No pressure either way. Stitch Fix doesn’t compensate me. I pay the $20 styling fee each month and appreciate what they send me.
